We asked Doug how he came about deciding to work with WinPro Solutions in Lenexa, KS? For Doug, who has spent his life continuing to build the company his father helped to create, the decision to continuously use the Kansas City cleaning supplies company was easy. One-Hour Carpet has actually been using WinPro since it’s early days of operation. Doug explained how his father and Steve Martinet started the carpet cleaning business in the late 70’s. Doug’s father eventually went on to buy out Mr. Martinet’s (now owner of Premier Janitorial) share of the company. He said that Hal has gone so far as to refer him to some of WinPro’s customers. In once case, Otto said that Hal’s referral actually landed him one of his largest commercial carpet cleaning accounts. Although One-Hour Carpet is generally focused on the cleaning and restoration of floors, Doug mentioned that the other %25 of his business has expanded into janitorial services as well. Mr. Otto told us that his business is expanding into some janitorial services, and he attributes much of the additional clients to the referrals of Hal at WinPro Solutions.
We asked Doug if he preferred to have his supplies delivered via the Kansas City cleaning solutions company? As we suspected and as in the case of most of the Kansas City WinPro Solutions customers, Doug prefers to go in to pick up his businesses’ supplies in person.
