Am I the only one getting this amazing Kansas City Star newspaper at home? I surely hope not! …Well I guess I can share it with you:

Crab Lemon Basil Pasta. 

CrabLemonPasta1 pound spaghetti

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

6-8 garlic cloves, chopped

1 cup chopped fresh basil

Pinch of kosher salt

Pinch of freshly ground back pepper

1/2 pound cooked fresh crabmeat

1 lemon quartered

In a large pot, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Add the olive oil and butter to the same pot and set it over medium heat. When the butter is melted, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and return the spaghetti to the pot, tossing until it is coated with the garlic sauce. Add the tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and toss gently. Divide the pasta among four plates and top each serving with some crabmeat. Squeeze one lemon quarter over each dish.
