This municipal 18-hole golf course designed in 1966 by Larry W. Flatts is located in South Kansas City and features 5,796 yards of golf. This is a reasonable length for all players to manage, it is fun and easy to walk for players of all ages and skill levels. The tree-lined fairways, classic design & tradition of this course are still permanent and give Minor Park its uniqueness. Many of Kansas City native golfers remember it as “the first golf course they ever played”.
This fun flat course is great for novice golfers or those that just play for fun, but the greens are small and challenging, offering enough difficulty for seasoned players as well.
With Zoysia Fairways and Beut Greens the course is always fun to play and in excellent condition.
The facility offers an excellent driving range along with practice greens for chipping and putting. The clubhouse provides standard amenities including a Bar & Grill offering a full menu and Golf Shop with a professional staff available to help with all of your needs. The venue can also be used to host pirate events.
October is a wonderful time to visit our friends at Minor Park Golf Course, they have many specials going on, and their annual breast cancer awareness event takes place during this beautiful month as well.
Monday thru Friday ONLY from 8 am. – 10 am. take advantage of 1/2 priced buckets during their Early Birds at the Range special.
Power Lunch at the Course is from 11 am. – 2 pm. weekdays only $11 per person with unlimited balls…. I guess you could call this the stress relieving lunch hour, don’t forget to grab lunch at the clubhouse!
Happy Hour at the Range is daily from 3-4 pm. only $11 per person, it includes 2 beverages and unlimited balls until 5.
Tuesday’s 9-hole Skins game is at 4:30pm, and there are no league fees, just a weekly $20 green fee.
