Ben: Hello, this is Ben Hartman with Bloggerlocal.com in Kansas City catching up with Matt Welch at the Leawood Office Business Center, just kind of touching base with him on his day-to-day operations and essentially finding out what it takes to move on into the Leawoodd Office Business Center.
Matt if you could just kind of fill us in on your day-to-day operations and what you do here at the Leawood Office Business Center.
Matt: Okay. I do all the billing, any accounting, we have done, actually paint the office when people move out; clean carpets, move around furniture for new tenants on whatever they want in there, and set up phones and IT for people when they move in.
Ben: You essentially are in charge of transitioning people into the office space?
Matt: That is accurate.
Ben: What does it take, I mean, how quick is the turnaround on getting into Leawood Office Business Center, if I got to start something up right away?
Matt: We like to keep one office completely ready to go, so all you have to do is come and talk paper work which takes about 10 minutes, and then I’d have to make the Internet ports live, it takes about another 10 minutes, so you could be working within an hour.
