Schmitz has been recognized as an educator amongst her peers speaking at industry events and at Kansas State University. In the fall of 2016, K-State has chosen Schmitz to produce a series of webinars about increasing industry professionalism.

Upon the completion of the consultation, clients will be able to choose how to proceed. The goal is to truly get to know clients and then educate them about possible options.
