With classes that involve kickboxing, boxing and personal training TITLE Boxing Club offers explosive workouts for men and women that can allow them to  burn up to 1000 calories per session. These cardio filled core workouts will make you sweat like never before. With fun and exciting Power Hour Workouts the trainers at Title boxing club in Parkville will take your experience with gyms to a level you’ve never imagined.

Tracie Burke, owner and former TITLE client, decided to share her love for fitness with her community through opening up a TITLE Boxing Club location in Parkville. She’s always been passionate about health and fitness, and although she worked in corporate America for 20 years she held on tight to her dream. After two years of personal experience with TITLE she took off on her venture and is now part of what we are calling the “fitness revolution”.

“Find something that you like, if you don’t like it, you won’t do it. If you like it, it becomes your passion, and you become addicted. Become Addicted to your workout, thats how you succeed.” -Tracie, owner

Tracy hired the best in the business to get her place up and running, which included a national fitness professional,a success story, a sixteen year old high-schooler, and  a star college athlete.

Cisco Guerra is a National Fitness Professional trainer, speaker and author, he knows all about Boxing, Gracie Jiu Jitsu, MMA fitness, nutrition and kickboxing. His classes are early in the morning and sometimes in the evenings, but regardless of the time he never lacks the energy to get you going and shed those pounds.

DSC_0029Mike Kilkenny, is my favorite success story. The way he moves around the gym, you would think he’s been a trainer longer than he actually has, and with that body you would never think he used to be 100 pounds heavier. He Started at TITLE the day it opened, April 28th of 2011.  He lost 100 lbs. in 9 months and is a full time trainer now. Mike integrates fun activities into your intense workouts and personally makes sure that you are pushing your limits on a daily basis.

Olivia Ortiz… remember that 16 year old I mentioned? Well she’s not 16 anymore and don’t be fooled by her size, that girl can box. She recently won Homecoming queen, so she’s a beautiful fighter. Soon to graduate high school and a bright future ahead of her she is a triple threat, beauty, brains, and skill in the ring.  This girl will make you work your butt off during her classes and will keep you coming back for more.

Tony Galvin the star athlete of the club, ran track for Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville during his college years and graduated with a major in Health & Fitness. Now he is a full time trainer and drives a smooth lady-picker-upper. He stays in great shape with healthy meals and regular exercise. By the time class is finished he will be sweating as much as you are. Tony is passionate and is determined to see you reach your goals.

Run, box, do yoga, invest time in any of these things or others, just find something you’re passionate about and don’t quit! Your first time at TITLE is free, so there are no excuses to not try it at least once.

TITLE Boxing Club is located at 6270 Jefferson Parkville, MO 64152.  You can also reach them at (816) 584-0550
