BlueAngelsJr2012StateCupChampLast year in Kansas, according to US Youth Soccer over 25,00 youths participated in various soccer organizations.  It takes an incredible amount of communication, organization and logistics to make each soccer season a success for the players and their families.  There are stats to keep, fields to maintain, rosters to fill and tournament brackets to be created.  There are rules and regulations to tweak and new safety techniques to consider.  The Kansas Youth Soccer Association is the governing body that takes care of all needs and considerations for the youths and parents that participate in Kansas youth soccer organizations.  The Kansas Youth Soccer Association is headquartered out of Overland Park, Kansas and runs their organization from the Leawood Office Business Center.  Blogger Local Kansas City spoke with Dinita Hill of the the KYSA (Kansas Youth Soccer Orgnaization) about where her organization operates out of, as well as why they choose to be there.

“Everything is rolled into one payment” -Dinita Hill

Dinita told us that KYSA was looking to move out of what she described as a “warehouse” and into a more professional setting.  She related that one of her colleagues drove by the Overland Park executive suites facility by chance and decided to check it out.  They were so impressed initially, that they decided to relocate from Olathe and eventually found that the location was much more convenient.  The Leawood Office Business Center is just down the road from the Overland Park Soccer Complex which is currently ranked number one in the nation for youth soccer.  Dinita told us that aside from the abundant amenities that the Overland Park office space possessed, the KYSA was really pleased with the consolidated billing the facility offered.  “Everything is rolled into one payment”.  KYSA no longer has to manage billing for utilities and necessities like phone and internet.  KYSA has actually saved money and found that it streamlines their operations by consolidating their bills and makes them easier to budget.

“The best part for us is that we now have a receptionist up front that can field our calls and great our visitors.” -Dinita Hill

The non profit organization relies on the friendly staff and professional atmosphere of the Leawood Office Business Center to help them govern and administer the 25, 000+ athletes, coaches, managers and clubs throughout the state of Kansas.  We asked Dinita what was one of KYSA’s favorite parts of operating there business out of the Leawood Office Business Center?  “The best part for us is that we now have a receptionist up front that can field our calls and greet our visitors.”  Dinita also related that in many cases her staff has to travel to the far corners of the state and that the executive suites facility does a great job of keeping her in touch with her clients.  She loves that even if she is not in the office, she can have her calls sent right to her cellular phone.

Overall Dinita and the KYSA have nothing but great experiences to share about their choice to relocate to the Leawood Office Business Center.
