Starting in early 2013, the facility started making upgrades that really impress, including:
- New Roof
- New Bathroom Facilities
- Big Screen Television in Lobby
- New Artwork and Furniture in Lobby & Main Areas
- Re-done Parking Lot
Starting this fall, they’ve begun re-carpeting a number of offices and in 2014, they’re planning on new wallpaper throughout the facility and new furniture in the conference rooms!
So, if you’re looking for office space on the south side of Overland Park or Leawood, you need to check it out! They have a few spaces available in the facility – one of them can handle three or four full-time people together. The few others are for one or two people.
In addition to office space, they also offer meeting rooms and virtual services, including mailbox services. Unlike a post office or UPS Store, LOBC offers mailboxes with just the main address for you to give clients or customers – which gives your company a “larger” appearance.
